The Culinary Institute Alain and Marie LeNôtre provides  professionals with the best possible innovative training and continuing education in the culinary arts. The school programs, at three levels of competency: beginners intermediate and advanced. A diploma is awarded after mastery of each level.

 

Our Branches in Cairo
A contract is done between Tropicana for food industries & Alain and Marie LeNotre to provide complete supervision to all Alain LeNotre outlets and the factory in Cairo, for all aspects: Recipes, Cook, Food services, New Creations and standardization of Alain le Notre products is provided by the culinary institute.

A resident director operator of the franchise Alain Le Notre is residing in Cairo and works for tropicana for food industries, supervising the factory which is the core of the production for pastry, bakery& new cake creations as well as Alain LeNotre Restaurants branches for food services and quality control.

Our team of internationally acclaimed faculty is composed of award winning French Master Chefs. The Master Chefs are not visiting Chefs for demonstration only; they check quarterly Cairo Stores & factoy to assure the standard quality for all Alain LeNotre products.
